In the case of new mobiles, the warranty for this part is 1 year, being covered worldwide by Apple®.
The consumer is informed that the compatible accessories that are sent free of charge together with the mobile devices on our website will have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Faults produced as a result of improper use of the product, force majeure, breakages or changes in the terminals caused by manipulation or repair of the telephone by outsiders not authorized by our company will not be understood to be covered by the guarantee.
Our phones have security measures that tell us at all times when the termination has been manipulated by third parties outside of this company.
If the terminal, object of acquisition, at the time of sale presents a problem or has a breakage, this circumstance will be detailed in the invoice that is delivered to the buyer, in which case, the buyer will not have the right to claim a possible repair of the same.
